Sorry, I did not mean to say anything positive. Which two were they?

From my perspective the management of this organization has taken several businesses from solid companies to ZERO. YOU GIVE ME something positive to say about what is happening with the company.

I asked for information on this forum and Mr. Muir has yet to give me a solid, straight answer. He started using this forum before I did. He originally promoted the company on this forum behind a facade. Is there something positive to say about the way he has use this forum?

If you would talk to people who have had dealings with this company, I would bet you that they would almost universally say they do not want to be associated with them (unless it's in a court of law to collect money). Now, I would love to turn that into something positive, but I am having trouble with it.

After letting URT go down the tubes, Mr. Muir stated they invested $5 million of their personal money into PTHR. Was Mr. Muir lying to me when he made the statement? Where did they get it, after professing they were taking a bath on URT?

Mr. Muir was able to correct some misinformation once. I asked him about his and Ms. Perfect's association with shell companies in the Caymans. He said there was no such association. I did stand corrected on that one, it was shell companies in the Bahamas.

Trace GM's self promotion, especially earlier, when no one knew who GM was. I would say it borders on the illegal. Is there something positive to say about that?

Stating that they are in negotiations with the mine owner, I am betting is another false statement, at least from the mine owners point of view. Is there something positive to say about that? I asked them to come out with a joint statement or some proof that these negotiations are actually taking place. Is that too much to ask?

From your past statements, you seem fairly indulgent of bad business practices, including the acceptance of some management's propensity to shade, hide, or distort the truth (buyer beware). That is your right. I personally do not subscribe to that philosophy. I think management has a responsibility to be honest and forthright with shareholders (co-owners) of a business.

If I could find something positive to say about the management of this company, I would, but you have to admit, it would be a short conversation.
