Ever notice how the discount houses seem to put the guys on the phone with the
thickest ....most difficult to understand accents possible.....

only in the big city - check your accounts. they may have different alphabets LOL

Man I rarely get an accent as the number is usually busy. I remember during the peak of North Voisey trying to get a bunch of NDT. While I was on hold the price (we had a real-time ticker in the office) rose $1.15. Discount brokerage is the service understatement of the century. Thank God for internet trading. I have not made a phone call in 2 years, although I bought 2500 share of ICA one morning instead of selling (clicked wrong button:-))
