"24-hour around-the-clock" protection was specifically
mentioned in the note to which I responded.

The examples you mentioned are interesting, however
they are also not business entities...

I doubt that you be in favor of a bank saving some
money by eliminating all of its armed guards, and then
claiming it is entitled to around-the-clock protection
from the government because bank robbers are violating
the "constitutional rights" of its customers.
