Gerry, I agree, the BB stocks are manipulated excessively. After WAVX notifies Nasdaq of our intention to re-list, WAVX must get its price above $5 for 90 days. This will enable us to be listed on the Nasdaq National Market, which is preferable to the Nasdaq small cap market listings. We will get there as WAVX management will implement the appropriate strategy.

Cordially, Ron

However, I would venture to say that the WAVX system is more secure... and will find a niche in the corporate market...

Agreed. And being that business-to-bussiness EC is predicted to be far bigger than business-to-consumer, this is good.

Not "portable?"

I spoke with my brother at the FCC the other day. He said the music media moguls wouldn't be getting much support from the Dept. in the effort to protect their "copy rights" from the perceived threats of this portable device.

The WaveMeter can enhance many such portable digital devices. It's metering feature could be incorporated into smart cards too. As I understand it, Peter Sprague first pondered the idea that's developed into our WaveMeter while holding a portable device to receive his stock quotes. Smart cards will do a lot of things for sure. However, they will not represent the only point of consumption.
We'll still prefer to view our visual information and entertainment on a nice Monitor (or have it "pumped" direct onto the retina of the mind's eyes by some other means of prosthesis) rather than watch it on the back of a smart card; or listen to audio processed by something bigger than the sound from speakers on the back of a smart card... Oh well. You get my point.

Yours,
Marty

Enam,

I listened to the conference call today and Steve Sprague was very enthusiastic about the possibilities of the Embassy chip in secure portable devices having "about 40 or 50 functionalities,"
