Wang - flash from the past. stock 19 and change. has warrants wangw Wang Warrants (WANGW) entitle the holder to purchase
one share of Wang Common Stock (WANG) for a strike
price of $21.45, which is fixed for the life of the warrant. The
warrants expire, June 30, 2001. They are not callable.
There are 7.5 million Warrants and they trade on the
NASDAQ (WANGW) market. warrants are 4 15/16.
