Always has been a dirty business. We even have our fair share right here in the good old USA, and you probably don't have to look any farther than your local branch to find it.

Thanks for saying that. I've always felt that the difference between 3rd world corruption and western corruption is one of subtlety more than degree. It's always assumed, for instance, that foreign aid disappears into the pockets of corrupt politicians in the developing world. I think a lot of it never gets here.
