Mr. K., For the record, I also deplore the terrorism in this case, and I also think it is barbaric. Still, I think it is legitimate to raise questions about how the government decides to give "special protection" to some groups and not others. I don't really know what the "that's the risk they take" philosophy is (perhaps you could describe it?), so I can't say whether or not I subscribe to it. All I do know is that many businesses do deal with external threats everyday, at their own expense, as part of their normal business operations.
