Because it is not possible to predict the extent of this work necessary over the life of the contracts, no dollar amount is stated. But, based upon prior experience, the contract should generate a minimum of $850,000 to $1 million a year over the next 12 to 36 months.

boy it sure is obvious to me that not an ordinary PR man wrote this release. I see Jim Crehan's name at the bottom of this release...for those of you who might not be aware...the reason this is so glaring to me that somebody knowledgeable about the business wrote this PR is because I have never entered an environmental clean-up site where other pollutants are not discovered. Many times, what initially appears to be a simple job, turns out to cost the property owner thousands more because of "discoveries" made after work has begun. And hence, the open ended wording of the price projections. Contracts are commonly worded to specify what will be covered in the proposal...and I see he applies this to his PR's too. Very good.. :o)
