Steven,

Did anyone ask in the conference call where the company was going to get the money to continue running in the near future? I've heard they are almost out of money.

Steven -- thanks for the info from the CC about the uses for the share authorization. (By the way, if anyone has a set of full and detailed notes from the call, it would be great if they could post them here -- it would be something we could all refer back to later. I've picked up a lot of what was said from different sources, but I really wish I could see the whole thing.) Regarding share authorizations, I think that there are still enough shares currently authorized to do another RegD type funding -- which would make Steven's statement technically true. And it wouldn't surprise me to see something like that happen. They'll have to do something and to it soon -- I just want to be prepared for the possibility that the company's short term need for cash might make this sort of financing necessary. I don't think that it would be a big problem. And who knows, maybe "Gerry" is right and IBM will buy in or whatever. I don't see it, but anything's possible. Like everyone else, I'd like to see us get re-listed now, whatever it takes.
