Hi everyone: "The fees and commissions are the source of the $18 mil gross revenues." The above is referring to Ebay's source of revenue. This mean that most consumer-oriented E-commerce websites do not charge users for membership fee. Many consumer-oriented websites who depended on users membership fee usually do not do well except for the Porno sites. Therefore, IMHO, the current 'skepticism' in the World Wide Web (WWW) is that it is very hard to make money by charging users membership fee unless you are in the Porno business. The WWW somehow unwittingly means free-for-all WWW. ProNetLink's main source of revenue will be the subscribers' annual fee. Since most of the consumer-oriented websites are practically free to everyone, a non-porn website that actually charges membership fee is considered to be 'unusual' and 'skeptical' in the eyes of many. Therefore, the 'prove to me' attitude is written all over many investors' face. And lack of news on subscription number increases this 'skepticism' and causes the PNLK price to come down to this current level. IMHO, there are MANY 'prove to me' investors out there watching this company waiting for the number. In light of my above opinion, if PNL's subscription number is healthy and strong, it may be the first business website that can actually make money outside the porno industry by charging membership fee. This validation of a successful commercial website for businesses will open the 'eyes' of many and the result will be the inevitable blast off of PNL's stock price. As someone previously mentioned, the 'blast off' may come in the form of 'gap up'. Prosperity to ALL! BTW, I believe PNL's focused business plan and its big name strategic alliances will help make this commercial website a successful one. This, in turn, will pave the way for other businesses to open up their own commercial websites and start the business-to-business E-commerce revolution.
