SVW : Head over to Yahoo and read Marcona's and Discoverease's posts about how Zucco and Ingrari both turned down higher offers because they wanted to turn the company around instead. NOBODY can BLAME Zucco for trying to make it alone. The VPN market is in it's infancy.....Why give Intel all the "spoils" and all the shareholders an early exit?? YOU made a decision to NOT BE BOUGHT OUT earlier, Zucco...Didn't you want to wait for at least 1 or 2 qtrs. of VPN revenues ? YOU asked us to wait for 1999 for your plan to roll-out, didn't you ? Sure you wanted it to kick in sooner, but we got to the alter and you ran off with the ring-bearer !! 32 million in revenues makes a 6 buck deal ALMOST justifiable. But, that's just the point...You should have never allowed the box to be ripped open with which you put yourself and the company into. If you prefer, refer to the "back to the wall" analogy. I can hear the response now from Bedford : "If we hadn't taken the Intel deal and the stock stayed down around 3 then all you shareholders would have been upset about that.." WRONG Don't QUIT on the VPN plan at this stage...you owed the shareholders a little more spine, a little more PRIDE than an October 98 bail-out! Is that what you have been trying to say Gaborman? Marcona sure knows it.
