Hi All: The major positive sign that I received from yesterday's PR about ADOT buying additional Biomoda shares, is that ADOT has cash to spare. This is good. About the comment that ADOT will own a declining percentage of BIOMODA, I believe is immaterial. If BIOMODA goes public for 10 dollars, the shares that ADOT have will be worth xxx,xxx times 10, or about 8.5 million dollars. In my opinion, it does not matter. Even if we only had 1% or 50% of BIOMODA, their value would still be 8.5 million. Now, what matters is, how many shares will ADOT have outstanding then. Assuming ADOT would have 17 million shares outstanding then, the increased value to ADOT'S shares in cash is 50 cents per share. (17 million shares divided by 50 cents = 8.5 millions). I also sense a lot of frustrated shareholders. This investment should be long term. I believe the major reason that ADOT shares are sliding is because of the 6 months delay in the delivery of the BB, and the late 10q. I will send a PM to Brad asking him if he can call uncle LES and find out about the 10q and the reason behind the 6 months delay. I hope BRAD is not on vacation.
