<Why can't Westell give us a direction on how they plan on financing this company into the year 2000?>

Bill, Ive already stated my opinion on this. One years financing via a bank..

<Why can't Westell give us a direction on how they plan on financing this company into the year 2000?>

I dont see why they couldn't unless they plan on Equity financing as the Good Dr. has suggested. Question is, is it there to be got.

<Was it in their plans to run out of money before becoming profitable? Was it in their plans to find additional funding or is this a new line item in their business plan? Waiting until the stock is $3/share is poor planning when looking for additional funding.>

Im guessing its been discussed.

<Westell couldn't answer.>

Im sure there would be a clause w/ a bank as well.

<but it was painfully obvious during the CC that Marc is over worked.>

600,000 as an exit I would be too! :}

bill--

in the last CC, the one previous to last weeks, they stated they wouldnt need additional financing. wonder what changed<G>?

as for the planning...well, the small cap bear has given them an excellent catch all excuse for screwing things up. how could they have known investors would turn down so hard on small caps? poor babies.

these guys are amateur hour. i have thought so since march and they have done nothing to prove me wrong.

good luck to all,
trey
