Mr. Metals,

Apparently the SEC is finally addressing paid promoters, news letters and web sites for stock manipulation.

There are supposed to be on CNBC addressing it.

Any poster who is being paid to promote or spam a stock must disclose that they are being paid.

It also makes it illegal for a news letter or website to pump and dump a stock.

The opposite is also true. The same provisions apply to bashing a security as well.

Metals better start adding the name of his outfit to the bottom of all his posts.

It took the SEC long enough.
