Trey, I had the same thought today as you and many who have already sold. I considered it @ 4 7/8 last time around & probably should have but didn't. I see all you points after reading every post here for the last two years. Your right in most everything you think but I think you would be doing yourself an injustice in doing the legal thing. That would be lowering yourself to their level. Something to remember in your up coming career. :} Ask your grandmother & sleep on it again. Ill bet she recommends leaving scorched earth to the ones whom chose it. I know you agree hell ain't in Texas :}

Trey,

I don't blame the present management, Marc, etc for Westell's present position. While Westell has been wasting years with ADSL, Pairgain has built an HDSL business and planned for ADSL. Pairgain isn't interested in seeding the market at a loss or competing against ALA on price. Westell's business direction was set years ago and it seems to be failing.
