...the healing process has started and will continue with the newly created official GPGI web site. I have no experience with these, but I do remember that the IPM web site, of the IPMCF thread, had an FAQ page that shareholders could ask questions directly to the company thru an e-mail address. I seem to remember reading posts from others that said a good test of a company to be upfront and honest with shareholders was to create this FAQ page and treat it with respect equal to the respect the company felt to the shareholdes. Maby Dennis DeNoble could fullfill that part of his job description and be the gate keeper to accept e-mail for processing. If so, then the first verification would be Dennis to comment on this publicly by replying to this post. Maby Dennis could even explore the boundaries of his job duties by exploring with his boss what his real purpose is. Before Dennis tells us of the great opportunity GPGI has in store for us, Dennis should first get prior permission from the boss on where the limits are on his freedom to speak officially for GPGI. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< JACK R. SMITH JR. on Oct 27 1998 7:31PM EST Bob, I understand the pressure on Jensen to produce, but apparently rushing production was counterproductive. If we hire a person to do a job, then overrule his decisions, then it is our fault, not his. When we are ready to continue production, I would certainly hope that we would listen to the folks who are hired to do a job and hope that they do it well and give them all possible support to that end. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jack said it very well, above, and the same words could be used, in my opinion, with Dennis DeNoble being the person being referenced to. The main man to control the process is of upmost importances, and the role of Dennis to interface with shareholders and community is also a valuable part of the process. I'am sure all GPGI employees read this thread and have been affected in ways to affect job performance. Doug
