A RAY OF HOPE

Since the advance decline line bottomed 13 days ago over 60% of the 25 Y2K stocks I track daily have increased significantly. The Y2K service companies are leading the way.If the computer technology and small cap sectors remain in a positive limelight perhaps investor confidence which had been lost in Y2K stocks may reappear and those investors seeking to invest in companies that won't disappoint short term may continue Y2K momentum. Yesterdays DDIM earnings that beat street estimates by over 1/3 was positive news although CMND certainly was a disappointment.

Josef - I won't be surprised by price reaction. They did not project earnings nor made a pre-announcement. Breakeven is not bad news. They have been hiring a lot and their SG&A is ought to be high now. It will take 1-2 more qtrs for these upfront expenses get paid and for their biz model to generate new contract/cash flow.

CMND business will grow because it is consistent with the outsourcing trend. Their labor pool is getting more fully utilized. I do not know the percentage of work done by their off-shore facility vs. US labor pool. Depending upon these percentages, gross margins in project based model should improve with time and give more control over staffing. Long term hold. Ram
