Rob: My notes (from tape) at Annual Meeting has DA stating, "Will introduce a data product next year. First high speed active data wireless product in the market. 33-45 Kbits, over time (vs. telephone company 28Kbits). Better service from Nextel."

Anyone else have something different?

Rob, according to my notes from the July 15, 1998 conference call a data product based on IP will be available first half on 1999 with speed ranging from 19.2 to 28.8.

Also from the same CC, two LMDS test markets to open in early 1999.

On an LMDS side note, WNP Communications completed their payment to the FCC and were granted their licenses on October 7th.

I'm wondering if Nextband has paid for their licenses, and what plans they may have for LMDS in the near future.

Regards,

Ron
