Rick,

Thank you for your thoughtful response and recommendations.

I have been through this group (all 1400+ messages), read a dozen or so books on various styles of trading and have been paper trading for the past two months and it has become crystal clear to me that how a trade is routed is absolutely key. Having no experience with choosing anything except "Market" or "Limit", I feel like I'm about to walk slow motion into the middle of speeding traffic. I realize that with practice anyone will become more comfortable with new trading methods. It's the initial adjustment period that scares the cash out of me.

So, having rambled on this far, may I ask, in a scramble to get in or out in a fast moving market, what's the surest way for a beginner to get a good fill (or are they mutually exclusive)? For the record, I've signed up with JPR Capital, not MBT. I hope I haven't offended anyone in this group.

Thanks again for helping.
