FONR chart will probably look like the SYQT chart or the KCAP chart after a few days .... maybe even tomorrow as FONR left an upside down tail
The time to consider entering would have been in mid September when the charts were all flat.

Never chase a rising penny, as 99 out of a hundred come down a lot faster than they rise, therefore the risk:return is dangerous.

hmmmm ... type in search in bottom part of SI and see who's talking about FONR .... that also gives a clue as to what it will do tomorrow

To play a penny ....
look for flat/to with slightly rising.

The flat (for a few days) chart, after a long down chart means a pop is due to occur

SEE
SME bought last week for 1 3/16
sold 1 3/8 on first chance out with decent profit
3/16 on a penny is not too bad
net 15% for a 2 week hold
