Dear Nanda: As long as CMND management chooses to be non-communicative I say "dump" it. Buy ABTX. It's been acting very well lately. Good luck!

Humbly report, Nanda, dumped most of mine very late in the day, having learned my lesson the first time. Almost didn't, as greed raised its ugly head, but reason prevailed. (Well, truth be known, I flipped a coin.)

Plan to hold my tiny pittance 'cause CMND strikes me more and more as a likely take-over target.

But what do I know.

Cheers,

Svejk

Dear Nanda and All: Folks, I am PISSED OFF. Not because of the results as they are not as bad as some seem to think, but because management seems to be MISMANAGING and so damn POMPOUS to not even share their thoughts with us. From here on out I am going to be an ACTIVE shareholder, but first let me share my thoughts on the results.
Balance sheet:
We are still ok there. At least SO FAR they dont appear to have squandered the cash OUR ONLY SAVING GRACE! I calculate that the cash plus trade receivables minus the liabilities comes to $2.91 a share. So I think there is VERY LITTLE DOWNSIDE RISK EVEN STILL.
Operating statement:
While gross margin is down all is not lost there. Looks to me like revenue went up $2million and Cost of goods sold only $1 million so we have a 50% gross margin on the incremental revenue. Not bad.
PROBLEM in my opinion is the Selling, General and Administrative it also went up $1 million so it NEGATED ALL OUR EXTRA GROSS PROFIT. WHY IS THIS INCREASING SO? Is it explainable, meaning perhaps ramp up costs from hiring not initially billable or is it Company officers RAPING the company??? I WANT TO KNOW. I am SICK AND TIRED OF MANAGEMENTS NOT TELLING US THE OWNERS WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. Yes, I am screaming!!
Here is my suggestion:
I strongly recommend that we form a STOCKHOLDERS COMMITTEE, assemble a list of questions and select someone to head it up and GO DOWN TO THEIR OFFICE IN FARMINGTON.
Obviously, we need someone who is competent and also who lives in that area. At this point I would recommend NANDA as I think he lives near there. I also think that if there is an attorney, preferably securities attorney, on this site that he have some input into how we should proceed and if he should also live close to Farmington that he accompany whomever goes down. What thoughts do the rest of you have? I am NOT GOING TO SELL MY STOCK without a fight first. I have a big loss in here and it is INEXCUSABLE. I want answers and I want them NOW. JDN

Nanda - Their revenues are increasing, contract/cash flow have just started. It does not take much to show 8-10 cents/sh earnings per qtr with a small amount of shares outstanding. I'll wait. May be the management will buy us out at the IPO price. just kidding. Ram
