John, I've personally installed the back office apps of a dozen vendors over the years and spent 3 years working at Oracle in sales. If I don't know the difference between front office and back office apps by now there is no hope for me. Cease the personal attacks or I'll spit on your petunias. The worst part at Oracle when I first came there was that their idea of front office apps was a word processor and secretary. You would not believe how POOR the sales support tools were in 1992. You don't need to sell me on how much they can help a sales force. ttf
