Re: "That gives INPR a current PE valuation of around $1.50 per share, but since its breakup value is $2.30 per share, that is very probably where INPR is going to trade and probably just as soon as the most recent stock buyback program has been exhausted. This is of course just my opinion, but it is based on straight forward valuation comparisons minus hype."

To continue to debate with you would only serve me if I was interested in convincing you to change your mind on what you believe to be sound and logical information. Obviously your opinion on INPR is extremely out of line with current market valuations and the history of the company and it's earnings potential.

Sometime there are cases which help short sellers advance their position after all that is how they earn tremendous amounts of money. I believe INPR to be in such an unfortunate state because of the way the earnings were presented, here is where I agree with you on the Del factor. The company has $88 million cash and an additional $2 million which the book value is not taking into consideration so to say it's breakup value is $2.30 sounds way out of line to me. As a matter of fact no one but you has mentioned a breakup of INPR. Your acting as if they have debtors at their door no cash on hand and no one willing to loan them money with very favorable interest condition worldwide. They and their customer's can now (since today) borrow at historical low rates. That's good for their soundness and their business going forward.

I think your shaking in your boots because you probably shorted this baby to the hilt and are afraid your about to loose big time. I can only speculate but if that is true you better gather up all you cash and buy back now before it's too late! Short covering is murderously painfully!! especially during a rally! This stock is going to break to the upside with such tremendous force you'll be talking about how lucky you were to get away with only 75% losses.

A good indications of what I am talking about is with yesterday's over four time the volume and the stock held it's ground. And then today with nervous market conditions world wide and rumors abound the stock bounced right back off of it year low 4-13/16. If your scenario were correct with the breakup valuations of $1.50 yesterday and today's market would of had it at .50c already! You had better heed a sound warning cover your shorts now.
