Kevin M. VanderKelen registered 100,000 AZNT shares via Form 144 on 10/26/98 Wonder what his hurry is. After all, just think about all those stores he owns that will be stocking AZNT products, those potentially massive profits, the soaring stock price... Does he know something we don't? - Jeff P.S. Do you think he knows he can't sell until AZNT becomes up to date on their filings?

VanderKelen, eh? 100,000 shares? Am I correct in assuming that the stock in question is his, and not his company's? When did he come by it? If it's normal 144 stock, one would imagine it would have been at least a year ago, right? Yet AZNT has been officially associated with his firm for only a very short time. Can't wait to see the actual filing.
