TM you came up with great ??s andnow great comments. Stop waiting For PROCESS as suggested by NJ Investors and deliver your 14 ??s to alyd with a copy to david Buraks of the Charlotte Observer: then Ted will know your not really employed by alyd's PR firm. Come on TM kick butt! Otherwise i am going to start to think that PROCESS will be alyds new name.

TM-

I could not agree more on all 5 points. Point #3 is my pet peeve and I will print it again, and I may print it everyday till somebody down there gets the message;

[3) Summarize the status of Y2K. Tell us how many contracts and how much they are worth. If you can't announce them for legal reasons... fine. So then just tell us that you have XX contracts worth XXX million dollars..... that works for me.]

It works for you and just about everybody I've spoken with also. Bob it's time to shit or get off the pot!

Personally, I'm very happy for you that you have built a new home recently, drive a late model car, socked away some nice money into the bank, oh, and have managed to build a very nice business, soon to be in a brand new location. It looks like you have taken real good care of BOB. It would be very nice if you could find a little time to take care of the shareholders, the ones left - those who haven't been destroyed yet.

If anybody thinks that Friday is the beginning of what we have been waiting for, well you'd better think real hard. I have figured out why Bob didn't purchase the shares of ALYD, he spent it all buying up shares of Vaseline.....

TechMaster

I spoke with Investor Relations yesterday morning and IMHO I expect them to address some of your questions in the conference call on Fri.

Particularly -

2) Educate the market about ERP. Hey Bob... none of your shareholders know why this is a big deal... TELL US. Educate your shareholders about this new business.

3) Summarize the status of Y2K. Tell us how many contracts the company has and how much they are worth. If you can't announce them for legal reasons... fine. So then just tell us that you have XX contracts worth XXX million dollars..... that works for me. Tell us what else may be in the Y2K pipeline for potential new business...
