Oh, they are expensive (Attain). Something like 100 round trips to get feeds free. They have their own ECN - ATTN, as well as allowing you to route through others. I think they require 50K to open, but I thought there was something about $10K also. That's about all I know. I don't care enough to find out any more, either.
