Gottfried, Have you noticed the change in DW AMAT chart headings and its DW R/S chart change. Applied Materials Inc AMAT (10/27/98) 31.88 Sector: Semiconductors (Risk: *Bull Confirmed 40+) Stock Mom: Pos RS = Buy, 05/20/97; column = Xs - Trend Chart Broke a Double Top on 10/15/98 Alert! RS reversed to Xs Check DW AMAT RS Chart Everthing looks good according to the DW Charts. I would hate to short these stocks based on thes positive signs. Naturally, the above is only my opinions and the data which I have reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site. Readers are reminded the old saving, "caveat emptor (buyer/reader beware)." Paul V
