To our newest NUOA shareholders, A little more about NUOA that most newcomer's don't know. 1) The company has moved to a larger, permanent headquarters in the last eighteen months. 2) The company incorporated in Nevada due to the favorable corporate tax environment. I don't think there is any corporate tax. 3) Hired Jonathan Small as a Investor Relations director. He can be reached at 949.833.5381 x 723. To All, Revised valuation of NUOA. My prior valuation did not accurately state the cost of the warrants. 7.8 million shares of FXWA x $6.375 = $49.7 million x 70% ownership = $34.8 million less 20% haircut = $27.8 million. $180 million note x 70% ownership = $126 million. 36 million shares (options) x $6.375 = $229.5 million less cost of options ($216 million) = $13.5 million x 70% ownership = $9.5 million less 20% haircut = $7.6 million. 27.8 + 126 + 7.6 = $161.4 million / by 65 million NUOA outstanding = $2.48 per NUOA share.
