Andrew and all:

Anyone that wants to listen to a replay of the conference call can do so at c-call by going to:

c-call.com

then entering, going to the list of available replays (listed as earnings call replays) and going to WAVE, which appears in alphabetical order at the bottom of the list.

To listen to the call, one must have previously downloaded RealPlayer, which can be done in a few minutes.

The entire call can be reviewed as many times as one wants.

IMHO that the Conference Call was obviously intended for a much wider listenership than just stockholders and investors. I am certain that there will be much more stock-related commentary by Steve and Peter at the Annual Meeting.

I would be somewhat surprised to find out that NASDAQ was willing to suspend its rules for the number of weeks a stock must spend at or over the 5 level for relisting. The statement that the fact that IBM had an investment interest or a business interest in a security would be NASDAQ's justification for shortcutting it rules, sounds ludicrous and highly irresponsible. Take it from whence it comes - a source of absolutely no credibility and clear and proven bluff, lies, irresponsibility and deceit. But, what do I know.
