I still think the PP is there and RG is waiting for the outlook of the company to become more apparently positive and the share value to increase. This should make the conditions of the PP much more favorable.

It looks like these things are all about to happen if the event in NY is as big as it might appear.

You keep talking about the PP so much, now think about this, do you really think that the NMF would be working with TSIG if there was no money coming in or something(PP).
