I actually shorted a little DELL for the first time today just for fun. My main postion still remains in puts.

we'll see, but today looked awfully convincing as a top.

Bilow,

What kind of online brokerage service are you using to execute your trades? I can't figure out how you can make $$ by trading 30 shares of DELL. And what impressed me even more is that you are diversified (say 30 shares of DELL, 30 shares of CSCO, and 15 shares of MSFT). It must be that the commission fee is close to zero so that you can make trades nearly freely.

Since I normally trade DELL at least 10 contracts once, I really can't figure out how it works for you.

thanks,
larry!

Carl,
<<Apologies to the poor ISLD counterparty who got the partial fill of 30 shares, my trading house has a commission of about $1.50 on 30-share tickets, so it is a pretty cheap way for me to experiment>>
which broker you go with?
thanks

When LT said hold LT I don't think he meant one day!

for a long-term (i.e. 1-day) hold

I guess everything is relative.
