Dear Spider

I did send you an email to discuss your "appearance" on the LGCY thread, asking for your telephone number so we could converse, but you have chosen to remain anonnimous (having interestingly and coincidently joined the SI in late September at about the time we became involved with Legacy) and now move from thread to thread asking insinuating questions. I SUGGEST YOU DECLARE WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE, AND WHAT YOU SEEK, JUST LIKE ALL LEGITIMATE SI POSTERS !

My role in DCI is public record, I resigned from the company and its subsidiary a year ago, and have gone to develop my new venture. The name of the venture is Videocall International Corp, and we are in the videoconferencing business. (IF YOU CARE TO SEND ME YOUR ADDRESS, I WILL BE HAPPY TO FORWARD YOU A COPY OF THE COMPANY'S PROSPECTUS)

My relationship with ASTG, and any and all of its officers, directors and shareholders has been PUBLICLY clarified a few days ago in a statement I made. You are at liberty to check and see for yourself.

As far as sales of shares and or 144 stock in DCI is concerned, you have been grossly misled and are barking up the wrong tree.
THE TRUE FACTS ARE .....The Cardcall shareholders (now of DCI) sold the company to DCI in February 1997. They received shares and options, (all subject to various lock up agreements which has been administered and controlled by DCI) details of which have been fully filed and publicly disclosed by DCI many times over. The fact remains that (some of) the shareholders exercised their rights, PAID CASH FOR THEIR OPTIONS, got their shares and legitimatly either sold, are selling or will sell their shares.

THEY HAVE THAT RIGHT ! Whether you or any other DCI shareholders like it or not.

FURTHERMORE, AND FOR THE PUBLIC RECORD.... I AM NOT AWARE OF ANY CARDCALL/DCI SHAREHOLDER EVER SHORTING ANY DCI SHARES.

So now you have it. LOUD AND CLEAR !

As far as DCI is concerned, I posted a letter in May 98, clarifying my position with the company and the management. I HAVE NO FURTHER COMMENTS TO MAKE AT ALL IN THAT REGARD, other than to say that I am content with all the business accomplishments that current management have achieved to date and continue to work on, and on behalf of all the DCI SHAREHOLDERS hope and look forward to a stronger company with a higher share value for all concerned.

So SPIDER, (or whatever you are) you can call me anytime at 617 679 0300, and I will be pleased to clarify any other questions you may have.
