Buying on margin is different from a margin call. You can typically buy on a 50% margin. If price declines to 35% margin, then you will have to pony up additional money, or sell.

So, if there have been margin purchases at 6-8, it is possible that the holders are within the 35% margin requirement, but I am concerned that if INPR becomes unmarginable (from an extended period < 5), then all margined buys will be called in which could result in a lot of panic selling.
