Michael,

I find it curious, while reading through all of your documents, that you have the same name as a company out of Austin, Texas. Are you aware of this little problem.
Also, I have a question, In you LSE Small Cap filing statements you disclosed your bankruptcy in those filings, but in your LGCY material there is no disclosure of it. So, if you have the $120 million dollar in backing, when did you pay off your bankruptcy and when was the discharge date?
Finally, why was it not disclosed in the LGCY documents. I have yet to be able to find. Thanks for an immediate response.
