Craig -Maybe you can phrase the question in this way .
How much in $'s still needs to be converted, what is the current outstanding and how much would they guess has been shorted in advance of the conversion.
That's of course you have time <g>

they probably will not comment on the short interest but if they do I think we can speculate out here what the Reg D holders will do next.
