OK, I forgot you said that about them saying it is Townsend. I would question them carefully to make sure they are really paying attention and not just too busy to bother with your problem. Ask them if everybody is having that problem that day.

Recently, the problems at Watley have been things like repeatedly getting the message "order cache not connected" throughout the day, and then once in a while having to log-off and -on or completely reboot. This has cleared up in the last week or so, since they (possibly) upgraded their through-put.

Here's a few suggestions:

Write down the times when you have problems and describe what is going on, what you have to do to fix it, and what error messages you get. Then you can compare with other MB and Townsend users.

Try it with and without Dell (or any other high volume stock) on the page.

Learn how to use "System Monitor" and "Tracert".

Become an "investor", trashcan your computer and subscribe to a daily newspaper that has stock quotes.
