i have reviewed the 8-K, but have not yet had the time to truly study it. at this writing, i would tend to agree with your conclusions as to its effect. the most likely scenarios it suggests (IMHO) are: 1. a strategic acquisition of another company by gmgc; or 2. gmgc's formation of a strategic partnership / joint venture. FWIW, now that gmgc IR has confirmed that gmgc is a participant in the V-commerce alliance (involving motorola, visa and nuance, among others), my guess is that we will see a PR issue in time defining a strategic partnership / joint venture relationship arising therefrom that will implicate the provisions of the newly released 8-K. what do you think?
