No one wants to touch this company. Everywhere I turn, it's like the company never existed.
This "new" company couldn't have been formed without the "old" Luminart somehow selling the assets to someone else. I don't know if that can be done w/o shareholder approval or if shareholders may have a stake in the new company. I am checking it out. Seems to me we could start a class action (or threaten to) to get at least a stake in the new co. Also, why would the previous owners gain from the sale but not shareholders??? I have e-mailed the new company and the The Canadian Dealer Network for clarification. I will let you know. Know any good lawyers, Kit???
