I see you're a sceptic. Look at the bright side: country is spending more than it can and is thus in foreign debt to the tune of $150B; now they say they will maybe try to spend $6B a year less, and will likely arrange for a $28B new debt to pay off the interest due immediately on the old. How can't you see that everything's honkey-donkey? -g-
