Tonight's News release: Non-brokered private placement Sideware Systems Inc SYD Shares issued 25,915,959 Oct 28 close $0.45 Wed 28 Oct 98 News Release Mr. Grant Sutherland reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement for the issuance of 90,000 special warrants at 32 cents. Each special warrant is convertible into one unit comprising one share and one warrant. Each underlying warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share for two years at 32 cents in the first year and 37 cents in the second year.
