BK: That might be a possibility if there were some crime having been committed on the part of MSFT. All of this evidence is just so much talk at the bar or in the bathroom. No deals were ever made to divide the market and there is no smoking gun. This thing will either end here or the Appellate Court in favor of MSFT. Just look at the "evidence" or lack thereof. This thing is a sham. NSCP would do better to go back to the office and try and build a company. JFD
