Dear Ram: Sorry, in my opinion we have tried HONEY and got STUCK. I think we need to have a professional demeanor but let them know we mean BUSINESS and are not going to slip away with our tails between our legs if they decide to play HARDBALL. JDN PS: We are minority shareholders in term of SHARES but I bet we could come up with 50 people or so if everyone joined and I think that might represent a sizeable portion of the stockholders. Enough that media, SEC, State Securities office may support our cause.
