secure electronic commerce solutions, today announced a strategic alliance with Dublin,
Ireland-based Baltimore Technologies, a world leader in cryptographic toolkits and PKI
solutions. Under this agreement, Baltimore will provide nCipher's leading-edge, cryptographic
and acceleration product offering as an integrated solution with its UniCERT public key
certification platform.

The partnership with Baltimore offers nCipher an established and internationally recognized
development partner in the growing market for digital certificates and public key infrastructures.
nCipher's nFast/KM and nFast/CA advanced cryptographic accelerators and secure key
management tools provide enhanced physical security and safe key storage for the UniCERT
product, enabling the exchange of encrypted data in a safe environment.
