MU price follows the DOW, just look at your charts for the last few months, which means that if the DOW falls back down to the 7400 - 7600 level, MU will drop to the low 20's. The DOW resistance is 8600. Currently, it has turned downward. It has risen 50% from the low, following the BEAR theory. So for all those MU BULLs, the momentum is not on your side.

Insook: MU has traded off 20+% of the company and has committed, as part of those deals, as to how it will use the funds. MU now has very little flexibility (and very large debt and commitments) in facing the ever changing DRAM market.
