There was no way to determine the float except to take Morgan's word for it and I think it was illustrated that his "word" wasn't reliable. At least that's what the SEC told us.

What did the SEC tell you?

Surely you don't think they were truthful about the short position when they were lying about the business ?

Don't take my statements for what I believe, s martin. I'm here to find out what the yeasayers believe. I still have no idea as to why they believe the way they do.

Ellen, Allen, Dan, and yeasayers that wish to speak up:

s martin has given these charges:

OVIS claimed to have contracts with
stores that they didn't have. They claimed to be in production in plants they didn't own anymore.
They claimed to be merging with a water company that was not in production and was not distributing
water.

Yeasayers, do you confirm or deny this charge against the company? If so, why?

Riley & Co. perpetrated the lies about the company's
business. There was no way to determine whether there was a short position because the company it
seems was issuing stock faster than any computer can count. There was no way to determine the float
except to take Morgan's word for it and I think it was illustrated that his "word" wasn't reliable. At
least that's what the SEC told us.

Do you confirm the legitimacy of this charge or do you deny it? And why do you do so either way?

Why are these charges continuously ducked? The continuous ducking of questions spawn personal attacks on one another. Don't hide behind personal attacks. If you all answer the questions, no embarassment will come to either side....

...unless that's what you want.
