Re : Lehman talking down the stock ahead of earnings. According to CNBC, firm not comfortable with current valuation level, following heady gains posted by the issue over the past several weeks. Is that the wireless analyst at Lehman, or the NASDAQ trading desk that may be ticked-off that they are short QCOM ? Jon.

Well Briefing Com: perhaps the second worst to CNBC in terms of any skill in analysis in the real world - has now joined in trashing the Q. FYI any of you who follow either (or both) know that the Q is not a favorite (to put it mildly) of either. But could these folks slant any of this - of course not, our press is objective, fair and even handed, no? Well, no. But then. Perhaps Lehman has hit the Q. But how about some word from the source - Lehman - hmmm? Chaz

Knowing that Lehman is Qualcomm friendly, and close to management, doesnt this seem strange? I am beginning to think our number's wont be so great this quarter. How can someone justify the price is to high? Especially when were down from 68 3 month's ago. What tech stock isnt up 15% in the last two week's. This is really bull, and if it's not Lehman trying to accumulate, then it's Lehman trying to help Qlower expectation's because earning's will be OK, not great
