judge instruct to add dtc to suit because they refuse to deliver stock. this was because of meyerson who is short aznt to. As usual you do not make yourself perfectly clear. But of course we're all getting used to Spidey-speak by now, so these are my thoughts: Haven't you, um, left something out here? Something like this? judge say no can force dtc do anything. not defendant. mikey want dtc be defendant must file suit against. Though why the DTC should give a damn what Meyerson does or does not do is beyond me.
