Lehman usually posts their QCOM research reports at:

lehman.com

However, the most recent report there is dated Oct 21, so that's probably outdated.

The trouble with maintaining the same price target of $65 while reducing FY99 estimates by .20, is that Luke had been maintaining $70-$75 price targets in previous months when he was targeting $2.70 for FY99. One could argue that price targets deflated with the bear market, but you would have expected the price target to move down with the FY99 downward revision? Maybe all to soften the blow of a changing outlook. Maybe not.

Feels like something is missing here.
