ALL thread posters:

Interesting TV news conference going on just now on CNBC.

The SEC is going after internet posters who are 'compensated' to make their stock recommendations. To not disclose the compensation (and they said any compensation, in any form) was a violation of rule 17B of the SEC regulations. They are cracking down with 44 indictments and many more on-going investigations. They are also taking input and complaints from the general internet world at their web site.

Just to alert any posters who may be compensated to hype IOM up or down: Disclose your compensation or risk being investigated by the SEC.
