Mark, It isn't clear to me what QNTM's intentions are regarding the facility except that Morgan Stanley's report on the subject had this bit of confusion to add: Because it plans to keep the head and wafer operations, Quantum will likely continue to have a related earnings drag. The incremental piece of new news is that Quantum also indicated in its press release this morning that it might be willing to sell its piece of the recording head operation. This would be a positive, as it would pull the entire earnings drag off Quantum's income statement. I like the pop it lent to RDRT. Best, Stitch
